Whether you're starting out without breaking the bank, or even for a professional activity involving several thousand grafts per year, this simple modified Opinel will make you happy.

Sharpened to 18°, the cutting edge is perfect for good efficiency as well as good longevity.

The blade edge needs to be maintained with leather.

Re-sharpen with a water stone at least once every 2 years and depending on the number of grafts performed.

Why did I choose stainless steel?

Carbon is easier to resharpen but requires more maintenance (it rusts all the time).

Stainless steel retains its edge longer, does not rust, but is more difficult to resharpen.

And when the grafting period is over, it can be stored away and found intact the following year.

Laser engraving is possible on the handle (your name, for example).
